personal chef experiences

Because of our kitchen capacity and staffing, we only serve groups in the Plain, Lake Wenatchee,

and Leavenworth areas for up to 50 people unless you are booked with Mountain Springs Lodge.


We have a $500 minimum for personal chef experiences.

Family style or plated options are only available with full service and groups under 15 people. 

For your convenience, we offer off-site drop-off catering with a minimum requirement of 15 people.

This service allows you to enjoy our delicious food without the need for on-site staff.

***Due to music events at Plain Cellars, our catered or drop-off services

are NOT available from May to September.

We model our buffet lines after our rustic setting in Plain. Many of our appetizers are served on Douglas fir rounds or live edge walnut charcuterie boards.

Start this experience off right with a lightly seasoned grilled bistro filet topped in chimichurri and garnished with fresh herbs. Add some brined and smoked Atlantic salmon with cilantro lime butter and oven roasted rosemary potatoes. Proudly serving local farms summer squash medley and rounding out with a tossed salad of romaine, garlic, Parmesan, citrus zest, olive oil and fresh baked artisan French rounds.

Buttermilk marinated 8 -way chicken grilled and caramelized with a raspberry and charred jalapeno BBQ sauce competes against a Chinese 5 spiced baby back rib blanketed in Korean style hoisin and toasted sesame seeds. The game will be played with classic red potato salad, & a grilled and chilled asparagus platter with charred red bell pepper. Top it off with Carolina vinegar style cabbage slaw and homemade cornbread with honey butter.

Hire us as your Personal Chef

Take a vacation from cooking and hire us as your personal chef to do the menu planning, purchase ingredients, prep food and prepare your meal. Because every kitchen is different, we do some of the  cooking from our kitchen and finish up the meal in yours. This is an interactive experience where you and your guests are served so you can be present at the dinner table.
