Meet the Chef
My name is Nick Conley. I am the chef of Taste of Plain Catering and have been in the culinary world for over 15 years. After graduation, I worked my way from prep cook to owning a Mexican restaurant. That experience launched me into the catering world, where I found my true love and passion in creating exciting menus for clients for their special events. After moving from northern California, I arrived in the Plain Valley, working as the executive chef at Mountain Springs Lodge, where I met my wife, Jamie. Shortly after we met, we launched our own catering company, serving the Plain Valley through food.
We love traveling and exploring off-the-beat restaurants, which we use to inspire our clients' menus and services.

A lot of people can cook, but Nick takes food to a whole new level with his passion, knowledge, and creativity. He can feed a few or a crowd, specializing in traditional favorites to ethnic delights to authentic creations.
