This menu is a favorite among our guests and is delightful in every season. As a chef, I take pride in our Mexican bar which features succulent carnitas and perfectly grilled chicken, accompanied by fluffy Spanish rice and hearty black beans The array of toppings—flour and corn tortillas, shredded cheese, crisp lettuce, vibrant red onion, cilantro, and creamy sour cream—allows you to craft the perfect taco. To elevate your experience, we also include my homemade fire-roasted tomato salsa, rich guacamole, crunchy, freshly made chips.
